Dalia Nursing Authority has launched a state-of-the-art Placement Cell to facilitate placement. Its main task is to provide quality jobs for senior students by establishing close ties with renowned health service related institutions of the country and abroad.

- The prepared list is given on the website and updated regularly.
- Arranging jobs for senior students by contacting prospective employers and establishing good relations with employers and MoUs with them.
- Assessing labor market demand.
- To create and supply skilled manpower accordingly.
- Job Placement Fair is arranged for the senior students.
- Bringing out magazine about placement.
- There, the names, addresses, potential employers, factories and factories of the skilled students and the way to get a good job.

- As part of the growth of Clinical Practice Inviting senior officers of 1200 bedded Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital, Bogra as Guest Lecturers.
